Blitz Advertising LLC ("Blitz", "we", "us") is an advertising and creative production studio based in Puerto Rico. We operate remotely and serve clients worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You also agree that your use of the services is not prohibited by any law that applies to you.
Submitting an inquiry through our site does not create a formal business relationship. A signed written agreement is required to establish project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. Until that agreement is executed, no engagement exists.
Payment terms are set out in your signed agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work for accounts with overdue balances. Blitz may also terminate any engagement immediately, with no refund, in cases of abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all creative materials, drafts, and deliverables produced by Blitz remain the intellectual property of Blitz. Licenses or ownership transfers to clients must be granted in writing.
We treat any non-public business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or where you have authorized disclosure.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or functionality, or copy, reproduce, or exploit any of its content without our written permission.
Our work may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, or TikTok. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these external services.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including but not limited to conversions, sales, social media growth, or audience reach. Performance depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
